As a Project Manager (PM1) with RSI, I ensure the success of commercial roofing projects, repairs, and maintenance with an experienced team of building envelope specialists. Our team at RSI aids building owners and their representatives with unbiased support to design, inspect, and maintain a watertight building envelope.

Aided a team of building envelope experts in all aspects of capital reroofing projects. Oversaw the competitive bidding process, creation of contracts, review of submittals, quality assurance monitoring reports, pay applications, high level schedules, and project close outs.

In my role as a Recruiter for Matlen Silver, I worked closely with my team to identify, procure, and retain top IT resources for roles in various industries. By partnering with Matlen Silver's clients, I was able to work with my team to develop in-depth knowledge of the skillsets they require. The collaborative approach helped me identify the most qualified candidates from an extensive database and network of IT consultants to help clients drive their projects to success.

In my role as Service Advocate with Target, I worked to complete efficient, fast, and fun transactions and guest inquiries. I operated autonomously to fulfill guests needs and assist fellow team members. Part of my role there was working with the deposit and withdrawal of large funds and assisting fellow team members in other areas of the store. I was able to quickly acquire skills and use new technology to aid in the store's mission and complete my goals of aiding my team and store guests.
