From April 2021 I have been working for County Training, a Shropshire based apprenticeship provider as part of the administration team. This is a very busy and varied role that is constantly evolving depending on the business needs. I have to use my initiative and organisational skills every day. My daily duties include audit checking learner paperwork to ensure no mistakes are processed, processing completion claims, developing systems to ensure the smooth running of the office, adapt to new processes depending of funding guidance, act as a first point of contact for potential learners and employers, provide an excellent customer service experience, training new staff members, creating marketing materials and much more. Everyday is different and enables me to use my full and transferable skill set.

I have worked for Shropshire council for over 7 years as an administration assistant. I was redeployed for two days a week from July 2020 to provide support for the PPE Distribution to essential services in the county. I continued my usual role along side this.
