I am always looking to gain new knowledge and improve on current skills and the process, though sometimes long, is always enjoyable and worthwhile. I find great satisfaction in having a routine, being organized, and keeping busy with a certain task in order to complete it and be motivated by the next goal. While working with others, I am highly observant of each person’s strengths and strive to highlight them to work harmoniously and in the most productive way possible. Simultaneously, I remain aware of the need to treat everyone equally and fairly.I find that I work best in an environment that continuously provides opportunities that challenge me to improve my current skills and to acquire new knowledge. Working with diverse, expressive individuals allows me to establish unique relationships and produce the best quality of work possible utilizing each person’s abilities.
