I was responsible for:- Creating, editing, and factchecking educational ESL texts on STEM, art, and language arts- Ensuring wide representation in the series I develop

In this role, I:- Reviewed borrower documentation for accuracy and completion- Escalated documents for correction when necessary- Collaborated with coworker and purchasing banks for smooth handover of loans

My responsibilities included:- Communicating between customers, internal departments, and third parties to resolve customer issues- Collecting necessary customer documents (for loans, trusts, decedent customers, POAs, etc.)- Leveraging my banking-procedure knowledge to benefit customers (i.e. knowing processing times, maintenance guidelines, document requirements to determine customer’s best course of action)

Beyond standard transaction duties, my responsibilities included:- Verifying correct upload of customer documents- Working bookkeeping reports (e.g. calling overdrawn customers, verifying outgoing wire transfers)- Coordinating with other departments to assess risk of customer transactions, ensure adherence to bank policies
