*Regional & Local CSR / Sales admistration 1) Indent & Inter-company Order fulfillment- Responsible customer country : Korea, Malaysia, Indonesia, Singapore, Philippines, Australia, New Zealand- Manage customer’s import order process from PO creation to final payment by contacting related handling partner such as oversea plant, forwarder, bank etc.- Co-work with local & oversea countries’ sales rep, production planner, transport team- Check demand forecast and arrange production with local tolling plant for export order 2) Local order fulfillment (Inventory management & Resale)-Manage local customer’s orders with 3rd party tolling site-Keep raw material stock in local warehouse based on finished product’s monthly demand forecast-Manage 3PL local warehouse for meeting timeline and better logistics service quality3) Involve SAP Set-up project in Korea - Participate the prodjct for setting MM & OTC module in SAP (FIT Workshop, User test, webex training) - Make manual for order transaction by referring learning material 4) Support sales rep / Team Administration- Regulatory process support (K-BPR, K-REACH) with related department (HSEQ) & sales rep- Proceed sample process for new business development - Support external visitor’s logistics arrangement and team event such as APAC region workshop.

Customer service rep for Performance Polymer department1) Indent / Resale order fulfillment -Based on invoicing, handle 100~120 import and domestics orders per month-Collaborate with multiple departments of the Supply Chain including production, warehouse and logistics to confirm product availability-Using ERP Tool : SAP, Sales force.com (SFDC)2) Inventory management- Analyze demand trend and manage inventory to avoid lack of stock- Communicate with plant’s scheduler to secure inventory by using Quick response system.- FIFO(First In, First Out) management3) Sales team support - Extract monthly billing data and make excel report- Monitor customer master data and price information- Support accounts receivable team by checking payment schedule, remittance copy, AR report- Support for providing development sample by proceeding mandatory process
