Within the DWP I feel we thrive on effective communication and interpersonal acumen, essential qualities that I contribute as an Enhanced Executive Officer. I work cross-departmentally daily working alongside MOJ staff and within both DWP and MOJ data share agreements, policy’s and procedures. I hold a Master's degree in Investigative Psychology from The University of Huddersfield. The skills and theory learnt through these studies support me greatly in my current role as an enhanced Work Coach working in a remote environment. Partnering with stakeholders and helping to create or promote a new program to best support our customers is a role in which I enjoy greatly, seeing the positive impact and successes following completion. I leverage my proficiency in IT and statistical analysis to try and improve service delivery. I am driven to expand my expertise and further contribute to meaningful outcomes in public service whilst striving to put my educational background and expertise to use.
