-Provide one-on-one direct behavior therapy to kids ages 3 to 5 years old-Create rapport with child and assist with daily living skills, communication, and play skills-Collect data on behaviors and progress using Measure PM database-Conduct SOAP notes at the end of each session

-Shadow under psychiatrist who specializes in adult and geriatric population-Check in with patients and their progress-Review patients’ charts -Utilize active listening to provide optimal patient care

-Communication and responsibility of maintaining treatment plans with doctors, social workers, and nurses. -Completing checks 4 times an hour every 10-15 minutes to ensure safety, liability of patients. -Efficient charting of meal intake, vitals, and information regarding patients’ daily goals. -Persistent in overcoming challenges 1:1 with patients who have mental, developmental disabilities and are in crisis.-Effectively filing CPS reports on patients through direct communication and chart review with CPS Employee-Supporting patients through struggles with empathetic communication and demonstration of coping skills-Offering input on beneficial unit changes through effective communication with staff members in meetings.-Assisting with activities of daily living to promote effective care.

-Assisted incoming freshman by giving a tour of the campus and providing information related to classes, school clubs, and student experiences at Grand Valley-Assisted with hosting school wide events for incoming students -Organized admission materials for new students

Assisted with event set up and take down for private parties, weddings, and other events.

Private run business- teaching kids private lessons, ages 2-12, through privately owned or community pools.

Taught swim lessons ages 3-17. Also taught kids with special needs.

Assisted kids with daily activities- encouraging socialization, team building, hands on skills, while building positive rapport.
