• Senior Area Volunteer Manager for the Midlands responsible for delivering and growing regional fundraising targets and supporting field teams to be excellent AVMs.
• Worked with the AVMs in the team on their committed income/fundraising group plans and growth across other income streams.
• Worked on a number of regional and national projects including a Legacy Project - looking at new procedures for Fundraising Group banking procedures, Race for Life and Working together – collating and sharing.
• Supported Regional Manager with recruitment and induction of 2 new members of the team.
• Developed my local High Value Fundraising Group through working with a restricted income science funding option and also recruiting an Action Team to fundraise alongside the existing group. Dealt with some issues.
