To work closely with the Internal team (Sales, Customer Services & Operation) & External team (GPD Hubs and sub-contractor) in order to develop samples at the right time and with the right cost information accurately & timely.In charge of Japan's RBs such as Uniqlo, Muji, AEON, and Mizuno..Operations: • Receive & liaise new sample development with Sales/Regional Office. • Coordinate with relevant teams (Supply chain, operation, Sales/CS, sub-contractor…) to develop the business opportunity. • Main task been to follow up the entire process of the new development from start to end. • To be creative to provide solutions to the customers (through sales) For their needs of labels or brand information • Promote business growth & profitability by taking proactive approach to sales/ customer service/ and customers' requests. Costing/Pricing: • Work out the product cost correctly, reasonably & at right time. • Coordinate with the Supply chain to source new/alternative materials & propose alternative production mode/contractors to reduce production costs. Manage & maintain the accurate price on the system. • Take ownership for all new setups to be the key contact for all internal & external requestors (Sales/CS, GPD Hubs…) & follow up/support internal GPDs to ensure the job is done smoothly & timely. • Ensure timely delivery of quotations and proofs to sales and/or customers Product compliance: • Align with GPD Hubs/Sales to conduct the lab test according to the RBO or customer’s requirement at the development stage. • Coordinate with Purchasing team/sub-cont…to ensure that the new material/substitution meets the customer’s required standard before application.

- Supervising and monitoring product engineering during the shoe development phase.- Implement successfully process optimization, improve pattern efficiency, material option to meet costing, sustainability goals, and product performance.- Communicate engineering issues/concerns, solve problems and make sure have transferred smoothly to mass production.- Coordinate contact and clarify questions according to Nike customers' requests on technical issues of the model being developed in the factory.- Technical report based on problem updates from relevant departments and feedback to the offshore to ensure consistent quality and process at all factories.- Collaborate with all related teams to implement FMEA to call out existing and potential failure modes. Using a structured problem-solving process, eliminate and reduce the high-risk failure modes.

-Manage IT documents under supervision and guidance: accessories handover record, monthly reports for management, manage IT equipment in the storage (Scope: of 200 employees)- Support new employees in getting used to Bosch IT system when they are onboard- Assist supervisor to categorize the computer issues and requests via Bosch IT Service Management system based on the SAP platform-Increased customer satisfaction by giving feedback and finding ways to solve problems effectively.- The equipment is fully prepared and handed over on time, ensuring the employees work smoothly.
