I am currently a Program Manager at Navy Strategic Systems Programs, where I lead a portfolio of optical and flight instruments for submarine-launched ballistic missiles.I've been credited across academia, industry, and the Department of Defense as the driving force behind weapon and sensor capabilities in contested logistics, as well as a leader in electromagnetics, electronics, and electronic warfare. I was previously a Deputy Program Manager in the Naval Air Kinetics Weapons Division at the Office of Naval Research in Arlington, VA, where I led the research and development of novel expeditionary interceptors, precision fire control systems, and land-based terminal defense missiles for both the United States Marine Corps and Navy. At the same time, I was also the Program Manager of multiple research and development efforts focused on novel electromagnetic sensors, electronic warfare devices, and next-generation radar systems at Naval Surface Warfare Center Dahlgren Division. I was the Program Manager and Primary Investigator of the Vortex Antenna Array Naval Innovative Science and Engineering Fellowship, where I developed and patented an antenna capable of producing a waveform unlike any other military system. I've led the development, fielding, and integration of novel sensor, missile, and launcher systems on unmanned surface vehicles, land-based vehicles, and naval air platforms. I graduated cum laude from the University of Southern California (USC) in May 2021 with a B.S. in Electrical and Electronics Engineering.
