I have been with the NHS for 15 years, currently I am employed as the Service/Team manger the Integrated Community Equipment Services (ICES). This role involves prioritising workloads, producing reports, budget management and on occasions dealing with complaints. As a manager I have a transparent approach and open door policy and pride myself on building healthy/positive working relationships and environments. I am also an experienced Office Administrator with a demonstrated history of working within busy environments, working towards deadlines, people management, producing reports and budget management. I am skilled in minute taking, chairing and organising meetings, Health Roster/ESR, confidentiality, and office administration. As well as sickness reviews, HR policies and procedures. I am able to use a range of Microsoft packages with confidence. I am always keen to learn new skills as well as supporting others to develop in their roles. I am a Mental health first aider, I also hold NVQ level 2 &3 in business administration and NVQ Level 3 in leadership and management.
