During my placement at reed, I worked within human resource and administration, therefore my regular duties consisted of making regular phone calls with clients and candidates who are job seeking, managing job advertisements for clients and preparing presentations for my candidates which would propose to potential clients for job vacancies which I was able to do so successfully due to my proficient IT and more specifically, Microsoft office skills.Working at reed allowed me to develop my communication skills further as I had to keep a good relationships with my clients and candidates while keeping up to date with their work search. In additional, the role required me to interview candidates to qualify their suitability to available job listings and roles. Furthermore, I would work with candidates to set out a work plan to help them achieve their goals. I would then be able to go on to further refer them to additional services.
