Executive Administrator To President, Southeast Asia
Current- Lead, plan and execution of high-level events and meetings i.e. executive visits, leadership forums, training programs, business review meetings, town hall meetings, media events, C-level customer meetings, customer events, etc. Assist and involve in government relations (GR) matters i.e. building rapport with government stakeholders, handling government visitors, external meetings arrangements, focal point for businesses regarding GR requests, etc. Team coordinator that is in direct, regular contact with business and functional leaders, and is highly successful at building and maintaining these relationships. Develop strong working relationships with external stakeholders i.e. government officials, customers and vendors. Work and interact in a global environment with diverse culture which develop skills and experiences i.e. languages, cultural understanding and awareness, global understanding. Responsible for all administrative tasks related to the ongoing operation of our team. Keeping records, assign tasks, analyse processes and timely follow-through. Ensure the project is done efficiently, within budget, and meet the expectation put forth by the Company. Manage a very active calendar. Screen, prioritise and plan pro-actively in ensuring efficient time management and maintain awareness of upcoming events. Involve in matters related to facility and workplace i.e. nominated as representative for Corp for facility cost allocation, rep for Corp for facility committee member, attend Owners’ Council Meeting. Provide orientation, guidance, system training for new-hired admins. Involve in planning and execution of employee engagement activities. Organise, facilitate, attend meetings and minutes writing. Prepare business communications as required.
