  As a receptionist for Ted Isaacs Salon I had the pleasure of greeting and checking in clients, maintaining a clean and comfortable reception/waiting area, helping clients to book appointments with their stylist, pick out products for home care, as well as check them out after the completed service. My other responsibilities were to answer phones, take care of voicemails, do inventory of retail products, re-stock and organize product wall, open the salon, stay on top of laundry, and maintain sanitations throughout the salon. I learned new ways to apply my efficient organization skills to help manage my responsibilities of the day in a timely manner , I applied my clear communication and customer service skills while assisting clients with all and any questions, comments, and concerns. It was a great opportunity to interact with clients while providing great customer service and learn about the salon business environment and how to multitask with grace.
