I am currently the Client Manager/Salon Coordinator at the Clip Joint Burnside salon. My responsibilities have expanded into a Human Resource Management role throughout the past year with main responsibilities being, looking after introduction of new staff members, talent management and maintaining the organisations strategic objectives.Along with my expanded responsibilities, the general duties include being front of house with one on one interaction with our clients. Further on from my in salon responsibilities, I also have direct contact with hair care companies as I am responsible for the inventory and stock control for the salon.After completing a short term study abroad course of Digital Marketing at Michigan State University, I have also recently helped introduce the organisation to various social media outlets including Facebook and Instagram.
