I work in the Center for Healthy Aging, where I assist with creating activities for seniors and the Music and Memory program with older adults who have dementia and cognitive impairments.

I am working with one of my peers and one of my professors on research surrounding social worker family meetings in palliative care settings.

Currently a junior majoring in social work and minoring in psychology. I hope to pursue my MSW degree after college and eventually attain my clinical license as an LCSW to practice mental health counseling, though I am also interested in working with older adults.

I engaged with older adults experiencing cognitive impairments through friendly visits and group therapeutic practices. I also documented visits and helped with the group practices.

I assisted with taking care of children between the ages of 3 months and four-five years, helping both with daily cares as well as watching and engaging with the children.
