Long story short:At 17 I wanted to connect with the ocean and have some adventures, so I took up surfing and quickly fell in love. But, you could say I was a bit of a potato—even getting a wetsuit on was a hardcore workout—so I decided to do something about it.Enter: yoga.9 years later, after building my own sell-out, multi-award-winning yoga studio with 900+ 5 star reviews, it spanned way more than just movement; yoga became an experience I used to take people on a journey to total joy. I know what it’s like to think burnout is normal, to be missing out because of stress, and to only dream of living a slower life where health, balance, and happiness are prioritised. I believe life’s too short to not feel alive, joyful, and balanced every single day.
