Squad Leader was An in house promotion to get me on the path to Leadership. This role was created to teach and train management skills under the CX team Manager. With a small team to manage on a day to day basis duties include motivating staff, ensuring team and individual targets are hit, training new members of staff and continue selling.

This role involved making high volume outbound calls to speak to customers ensuring they received the help they needed. It required being a master at object handling and be able to resolve any queries or concerns whilst constantly looking for any opportunities to cross and up sell.I had to think on their feet to ensure that every customer goes away remembering the high-quality service that Lead Tech provides.Outside of outbound calls, other tasks where involved such as to support the sales teams, so high attention to detail is a must. We’re team players at Lead Tech. For this role i was target driven, creative and goal orientated.

Our customers experience is paramount and as such we offer great after sales service with professionally structured account management

Looking after our key accounts on a day to day basis to ensure everything runs smoothly. Also checking all their invoices prior to them being sent to customer to minimalize any issues the customer may have. I can arrange visits with the accounts to discuss their waste collections and ensure everything is running smoothly. I ensure their costs are kept as low as possible where possible.

Dealing with any current customers which have queries regarding their accounts, terminations and also ensuring they are receiving the correct service for their individual requirements!

For a short period of time I worked alongside Lilli Sales team out on the road as a Sales Representative. During this time I was given a specific area to target route density for the trucks/drivers. I thoroughly enjoyed my time in this role although only a short period and will be something I bare in mind in the future career options.
