Working my way up from a part time sales consultant to a permanent contract then onto Deputy store manager.With a highly sales driven team, i managed the day to day running of the store along side the manager and whilst the manager was away from the business. My duties included a high level of customer service, key holder, stock taking, managing the team, delegating tasks, motivating the team, handling the cash at the beginning and end of the day. It was here i met the Director of TSC Music Systems who asked if i'd like to come and interview at TSC, where i would be able to move into a more challenging role.
