With years of experience in communications and employee engagement I’m passionate about the link between highly engaged employees and better business results. My experience spans a range of sectors and includes working at global organisations Dell and GE. I develop and deliver our annual communications and engagement strategy/plan that supports our corporate vision, strategy and values. I develop innovative content, campaigns and initiatives that maintain high levels of employee and customer engagement and help a diverse and dispersed workforce feel connected to the organisation and each other. In my current role, at innovative housing provider RHP, I led the cultural change programme that resulted in employee satisfaction going from 79% to 97%, coming number one in the UK Great Place to Work list and gaining Investors in People Platinum twice. A strong leader, I aim to inspire my team with a clear vision, strategic direction, creative spark and a sense of fun.I can build strong relationships and influence at every level of an organisation and currently act as a trusted advisor to our senior leadership team. I work closely with our Chief Executive which includes writing regular blogs, speeches and presentations.I'm proud to have played a part in winning a number of awards including: 1st in UK Great Place to Work list, Communications team of the year (24 Housing), Best employee engagement initiative (CIPD), IIP Platinum.
