In my capacity as an ABA Tutor at Beyond Autism, my responsibilities encompassed one-on-one support for young adults with autism, diligently following their personalised learning plans to facilitate the attainment of their individual objectives. I maintained a comprehensive progress record by daily data collection and entry using Microsoft Excel. Effective communication, often utilizing Makaton due to varying communication abilities, was an integral component of my role, catering to students with diverse verbal capacities.
