In my role, I liaise with customers and insurers, assist Account Managers with document handling, claims management, policy processing, and maintain ongoing client communication. I thrive in fast-paced environments and am driven by new challenges and opportunities to learn. Having completed my Tier 1 and Tier 2 in Insurance Broking, I am committed to further developing my career and plan to pursue a diploma in the coming years. My goal is to continue building my expertise and eventually step into an Account Manager role.
