I am currently working as a Property Manager within the Block and Estate Management company where I am responsible for all aspects of property management. My day to day responsibilities include, conducting lease reviews, creating budgets in line with client needs, reviewing service charge expenditure throughout the financial year, attending site visits, arranging and attending Director Meetings and AGM’s, reviewing legal and health and safety reports in order to make recommendations, responding to LPE1 enquiries, keeping up to date with legislation, orchestrating Section 20 notices, identifying and arranging all aspects maintenance.My role requires me to have a strong level of accuracy while working in a busy and diverse environment. I am required to maintain close communications and strong relationships with clients to ensure a smooth and high performing service is being delivered.
