• Work with clients such as the Big 4 banks and other major Australian institutions• Use high level negotiation skills to come up with resolutions for each unique customer situation• Investigate and respond to customer complaints and disputes received via phone, email and mail• Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to find win-win resolutions for customers• Negotiating suitable options to settle accounts while providing an exceptional customer experience

Nanny to the Beer family. Looking after 2 children ages 3 and 4. Living in and looking after the kids full time when the parents go away ( 3-4 weeks per year, 7-10 days at a time).
