Financial Support Officer (Connected Communities)
Current- Delivering support to residents in a range of community settings
- Working with other officers in the team and wider Multi-disciplinary teams to provide support and intervention to residents facing a wide range of issues
- Supporting residents to apply for benefits such as DHP,HB,UC,PIP and attendance allowance
- Providing sign posting, mediated support and targeted advice and guidance to residents
- Case recording and information management
- Enabling and empowering residents
