I have been a nursery manager for over 6 years and a deputy before that for 4 years. I have over 15 years experience working in a variety of nursery settings big and small. I am now working at Teddies Tots Nursery in North Watford which is amazing. The directors are so passionate about what they do every day and the nursery is such a warm and welcoming environment. I Myself am passionate about supporting children to grow and develop and helping their parents/ family understand how it is they can get involved in this process. I am enthusiastic, fun, honest, trustworthy and dedicated to my role as a manager. I am also experienced in the role of designated safeguarding lead and SENCO. I love seeing the children every day and the joy they bring me watching them grow and develop is like no other experience. As a manager I pride myself on mentoring the staff to bring the best out of them that I can and also to work with our families to give their child the best start in life.
