Deliver world-class client service to beverage alcohol suppliers and distributors to meet and exceed their local marketing needs and digital solutions. • Generate proposals, scope documents, flowcharts, creative briefs, layouts, cost estimates and timelines• Manage internal resources to ensure that marketing service projects meet deadlines, cost, and quality parameters• Spearhead product enhancement projects from the exploratory phase to launch • Identify risks from clients and recommend solutions• Ability to adapt between strategic thinking and executional practices• Drive continued process improvements and accuracy • Determine and document standard operating procedures for business processes• Partner with all cross functional team leaders to improve in all aspects of quality, accuracy, timeliness and delivery

-Prepare operational reports for clients and management, in addition to preparing financial recap reports for clients-Gather and document business requirements for clients-Identify improvements and enhancements within the business practice and reporting systems to continually improve operations -Create and execute project work plans and timelines-Oversee the successful execution of projects and deliverables within scope, time and budget for each client-Serve as main point of contact for cross-functional teams during projects

• Learn the client's industry/business needs, monitor advertising/websites and develop solutions.• Coordinate multiple tasks ensuring that deadlines are met and work quality meets agency standards • Gather resources for projects from clients and agencies• Perform regular testing and checks of website and projects from a usability, functional and technical viewpoint to ensure consistency• Support via telephone and email
