Hi everyone, my name is Chloe, nice to meet you 👋🏼 It all started over 10 years ago…15 year old Chloe wanted to make money, be successful, with the hopes of buying a yacht (🤨)I started working as a hostess for West Bromwich Albion FC, getting the train at sometimes 6.30am on a Saturday while my friends were enjoying their sleep! But the deep need to succeed in life meant it didn’t matter what I had to do, as long as I was constantly progressing and striving. ⏭ Skip forward many years, my hard work ethic and pure passion to succeed still shines through and it’s what I pride myself on today. 🎓 Being a Client Experience Manager for dental practices allows me to help teams offer an exceptionally high standard of care, experience and treatment to all clients. 📈 I put in place systems, standards and goals to help motivate and inspire teams to truly offer an incredible service. 👩🏼‍💼Not only do I manage dental teams, I also have a strong involvement with the business/brand development side and continually strive to improve the overall business. 💎 Invisalign is my passion and I work alongside Dr Francesca Dash who is a Diamond APEX Invisalign provider.
