I provide regular status and risk updates to the implementation managers whilst also sticking to a rigid plan and tight deadlines. Once sites have gone live, I also provide after care support and benefits realisation activities by re-visiting the sites and taking the relevant individuals through a series of reports to highlight how they are currently utilising the system.
