As the Director of Operations at Restoring Dignity, I oversee the day-to-day operations of a nonprofit organization that provides essential services and support to refugees in Nebraska. I have a Bachelor of Arts degree in Nonprofit Management, International Studies, and Human Rights from the University of Nebraska at Omaha, and I have been working in the nonprofit sector for over five years. I have experience in managing office administration, coordinating volunteers, finance tracking, and project management. I am skilled in multi-tasking, communication, and organization, and I am passionate about advancing the mission, values, and goals of Restoring Dignity. I am also certified in CPR/AED/First Aid, Mental Health First Aid, and Immigrant and Refugee Focused DEI. I am a nonprofit leader with a strong background in international studies, nonprofit management, and human rights, and I am committed to making a positive difference in the lives of the people we serve.
