Responsible for designing and leading risk reporting and governance for Group Operations. Leading a team of Line 1 risk managers and consultants/analysts, providing accurate, timely and insightful risk reporting to the COO Leadership Team and ExCo to ensure informed decision making. Providing challenge to core reporting disciplines across Operations to ensure compliance with the Group's Risk Management and Internal Control Frameworks. Ensuring a robust governance structure to support effective risk management.

Working within the central regulatory relationships team responsible for the PRA, FCA, and TPR relationships across The Phoenix Group and its Life Companies. This strategic role is key to ensuring strong regulatory relationships are maintained, imperative to the delivery of the Group's agenda. Main roles:• Facilitating the development of benefit management across projects and reviewing assumptions.• Developing a PMO Scope as part of the Strategic Review of a FSTE 100 company.• Embedding governance and reporting processes and tools within diverse companies.• Developing a standardised Project and Change Management toolkit tailored to a clients business needs, which was then rolled out business wide.• Developing a PMO Handbook and Induction Plan as part of the transition to an internal PMO for a national Construction company.• Liaising with C-Suite, using her strong relationships with her clients to obtain monthly updates on complex programmes.• Leading data analytical reviews, producing and presenting recommendation reports accordingly.
