I have extensive experience in multiple different industries; beginning in the food and beverage industry and later training as a carer. I have experience as a teaching assistant, as well as a department representative for my university open days. After graduating I began working in telecommunications for Virgin Media, quickly developing through the business and joining the executive team as a complaints manager. I now work in data protection and data subject requests, along with a strong knowledge of GDPR, compliance, and customer experience, I also have excellent customer service skills along with a passion for positive change, particularly for vulnerable customers and internal employees.
