I was a contractcoordinator for seven contracts in the industrial sector including BP, Siemens & Drax PowerStation).My daily/monthly tasks consist of the following:• Complete month end accruals for my contracts - this includes going through the P&L line byline to ensure we have both the cost and the revenue for all items/services.• Create tracking and data analysis spreadsheets for both customers and internal use• Liaise with accountants to ensure the correct accruals are posted and assist with information gatheringwhen required• Create invoice packs to present to the customer in line with KPI's• Providing administrative assistance to the contract managers onsite in a timely manner• Complete payroll on a weekly basis for individuals onsite• Raise invoices through both Sage and WIMS• System interrogation (SAGE, SAP, Agora, WIMS)• Attend customer meetings• Liaise with suppliers/customers for reports/collections/orders
