I am a motivated, organised and communicative character who is very hardworking and practical, ready to face challenges daily. Since 16 years old, I have worked in the hospitality industry starting at Radcliffe on Trent Golf Club, 1909 restaurant. I was promoted to head waitress after just 4 months and became bar staff in February of 2021. I was assistant bar manager at The Manvers Arms in Cotgrave for 6 months out of the 2.5 years I spent here after I was promoted from my previous role as supervisor. Working in social establishments that held regular events encouraged me to create many relationships with customers. Hospitality made me develop many social skills. Some of these being teamwork, conflict resolution and leadership.
