Granola Girls is an allergen-friendly bakery that specializes in making baked goods to cater to those with food allergies. I was responsible for preparing batters, baking the products, and maintaining a clean workspace throughout the kitchen and dining room. In addition to working in the kitchen, I also interacted with customers to provide them with excellent customer service.

Facilities Management is responsible for the upkeep of buildings and grounds at Murray State University as well as carrying out projects to improve the campus environment. I acted as a student worker for this office and performed daily tasks such as answering and fielding phone calls, filing paperwork, completing customer requests, responding to emails, delivering mail, and assisting others in the office with miscellaneous tasks. In addition, I welcomed visitors and provided customer service.

I was a student worker for the service desk on campus as a phone operator. I was responsible for fielding phone calls for students in need of technical support and transferring them to a technology coordinator. On some occasions students, parents, or community members would call and need help finding the appropriate office to contact. After assessing the conversation I would transfer them to the appropriate office or department.

Parker Ford is a Ford Vehicle Dealership and I acted as an office assistant. In this position, I was responsible for welcoming and interacting with customers, sending emails, answering phone calls, delivering mail, stocking pamphlets and informative brochures, and filing paperwork.
