Managing, directing and developing Brunei’s first 100% adolescent-led organisation. Growth Brunei’s mission is to empower the leaders of tomorrow, allowing them to confidently engage in society and have their voices be heard. Notable projects of Growth Brunei include Art in Adolescence (2021), a COVID initiative that raised over $3200 towards COVID relief, where students (aged 8-18) came together for a virtual performance of music, singing and dance, revealing the true power of performing arts. Growth Brunei has also been featured in BIBD’s International Women’s Day (2022) as the youngest guest speaker in their Eco-chat series ‘Championing females in sustainability’

Serving as Jerudong International School's 2023-24 Head Girl was an incredibly rewarding experience, allowing me to promote JIS' school aims of engagement, leadership, communication, thinking, resilience and integration through our 2023-24 vision of "Togetherness and Community: Shaping An Inspired Tomorrow"- Public speaking experience, giving speeches to students, staff and parents- Advocate for the student voice, developing and launching MyVoice@JIS, a form where students can report behaviours of students or adults who are making them feel uncomfortable or unsafe- Experience in both creative and logistical planning, organisation and coordination of large-scale events, such as Peace Day, International Day and Earth Day celebrations, as well as school-wide assemblies- Represented Jerudong International School in nationwide events, such as the ‘International Day of the Girl’ mentoring session held at the Canadian High Commission- Graphic design experience, designing and creating over 1000 assembly presentation slides
