I am an experienced Family Law Solicitor with specialisms in complex divorce/finances and children cases, domestic abuse and international parental child abduction. I have links with domestic violence organisations and have previously run an out of hours advice service for victims of domestic abuse. I frequently assist clients in high worth matrimonial disputes involving large pensions and other complex investments. I also have a wealth of experience in representing clients in children matters following separation, particularly in difficult cases involving serious domestic abuse, stalking and parental alienation. I have previously represented clients in applications in the High Court under the Hague Convention relating to international children law. I have represented children through their Guardians in more complex Children Act, and parents in care proceedings. I have some experience in assisting clients relating to Surrogacy law.
