Working in relation with many private businesses to offer support for all special service needs.

I would support long term unemployed 18-24 years old break down the barriers they faced to gaining employment, this would be acheieved by having 1:2:1 meetings on a regular basis and identifying the barriers, then we would work together on either a 1:2:1 basis, in group activities or refer them on to the training provider, once reffered on to an outside agency we would then support them to attend by going with them and planning out journey routes with so that would be prepared for travelling alone once they found work, when they were close to being ready to work we would then support them through the interview skill process by offering interview training, and take them shopping for interview clothes. I arranged many work-shops and youth led steering trips, aswell as residentials and events to raise awareness for what we did, as well as presentations to many different companies and proffesionals.
