• Providing support with internal online systems such as the UH CRM system, Handshake, Abintegro and LinkedIn Learning.• Managing the departments central marketing and ensure we are meeting the UH brand guidelines.• Supporting the internal marketing strategy; creating materials and key messaging via a variety of media ensuring that information about the activity of the Service reaches and engages our audience.• Monitoring and reviewing web pages, information systems, data reports and socialmedia and preparing documentation and statistics when required.• Building and executing targeted email campaigns using DotDigital to support career registration projects.• Designing marketing campaigns in collaboration with external providers.
