- Assist students from Kindergarten through Fifth grade on social, emotional, physical, and academic skills in and out of the classroom- Provide individualized one-on-one support with students throughout the day, making modifications as necessary to support the student.- Create and implement IEP strategies to best support each individual student, with support from teachers and parents.- Work one-on-one and in small groups with students to help foster academic growth based on the curriculum.
