I am a womens pelvic health and hormone coach specialising in supporting women and teens to heal from heavy and painful periods so that they can experience easy, peaceful and pain-free periods. With my clients I use HTMA testing to support them to balance their hormones. I am an energy worker and a big focus on my work is healing trauma.
