Produced bench memoranda for the Lord Justices in the appeals in which Lord Neuberger was the lead judge, as well as permission to appeal applications from litigants in person, and assisted with legal research. I also worked with the Super-injunctions Committee, established by Lord Neuberger, which reported in May 2011 on the use of super, anonymised and general privacy injunctions, and derogations from open justice in court proceedings. In addition I worked alongside Tugendhat J to produce evidence on defamation/privacy cases for submission to the Parliamentary committee reporting on the Defamation Bill that subsequently became the Defamation Act 2013.
