-Have been raised on crop farm, family currently farms 1,500 acres as well as being as Beck's Hybrids seed dealer. -I grew up showing both cattle and pigs on all levels and have had many accomplishments and winnings within mainly the swine industry. -While in High school I was in FFA and used swine as my SAE and accomplished getting both my state and American FFA degrees. I was also the high seller of strawberries my senior year of high school, as well as having my chapters swine proficiencies award. *** I have an Associates of Applied Science Degree in Agriculture from Ivy Tech Community College- Richmond where I was a part of the Phi Theta Kappa Honor Society and held a chair. - I am interested in learning more about my area study and really appreciate being out in the field and looking at the crops and figuring out what is wrong with them, as far as what pests are on them or what diseases they have. - I am good at communicating with others, listening, taking action, doing what I am told, I can work with others, a good leader, appreciate independence.- I am a recent college graduate of Wilmington college with a Bachelors degree and a concentration in agronomy. - I am a new alumni member of the Wilmington college National society of leadership and success chapter on campus and worldwide.
