At Victoria Plum I was able to grow my career and confidence whilst developing my design skill. I uses Fusion 2020 to develop dream bathrooms for our clients. I worked my way up from designer to Installation Coordinator, to Design Systems Coordinator. In my roll as Design Coordinator I had to supervise an Offshore design team with day to day projects. I delegated designs to my team and would check their work once complete. I also became a super user for Fusion 2020 and was helping the company implement a new design software.

I worked in most of the departments across the store at my time with B&Q, I worked my way towards being a design consultant in the Showroom department. I used Spaces CAD software to create kitchens, bedrooms and bathrooms for customers.
