The 'Keep it in the family' programme run by Exhale CIC is a family weight intervention consisting of a 10 week MEND programme followed by a further 3 months of nutritional and physical activity sessions. I completed the full MEND training programme in London allowing me to lead both nutritional and exercise components of the course. I also undertook 'Get.
