This role involves managing the impact team, reporting on our overall impact and developing our impact measurement processes. I am also responsible for codifying our methodology and engaging education partners to maximise our long term impact.

Jamie’s Farm helps vulnerable young people to flourish at home, in education and in the community through a 'Farming, Family and Therapy' approach. My role involves measuring and evaluating the impact of the Jamie's Farm on the young people who experience our intervention.

Like Teach First, I believe that no child's achievement should be determined by how much their parents earn. Completed the Leadership Development Programme, teaching in a large academy in Bristol.

This role involved coordinating a £1.35million NIHR Public Health funded RCT of a school based obesity prevention programme; 'HeLP'. I was personally responsible for data collection, coordination and delivery of the programme to over 300 children in 8 primary schools across Devon. A unique role incorporating both research and delivery functions.

The European Centre for Environment and Human Health was conceived to provide a truly interdisciplinary research environment that is nationally and internationally recognised for the quality of its research.My role at the centre was to support the Blue Gym project, a research project to capture the benefits of natural aquatic environments on human health. As part of my role I designed and carried out my own primary research into the effect of environment on risk taking in children and used this to complete a Masters in Environment and Human Health.I also developed and coordinated a large forum with over 100 members with an interest in Environment and Human Health. Organised and planned large events and research dissemination workshops.

• Working within primary school settings across East Cornwall to increase awareness of key health messages by delivering a 6 week programme of activities around healthy eating, cooking and physical activity.• Developing partnerships with primary schools, school nurse teams, school sports partnerships, senior NHS consultants, and extended services.• Providing one to one lifestyle consultation sessions for patients with weight management issues at GP surgeries in East Cornwall as part of the South East Cornwall Lifestyle Consultation service. • Writing detailed evaluation reports to maintain PCT funding for the above lifestyle consultation service, including a professionally designed and produced NOOSEF document.• Maintaining and updating an Access database for patient records and managing the day to day budget for Cornwall Council’s health development team.

The 'Keep it in the family' programme run by Exhale CIC is a family weight intervention consisting of a 10 week MEND programme followed by a further 3 months of nutritional and physical activity sessions. I completed the full MEND training programme in London allowing me to lead both nutritional and exercise components of the course. I also undertook 'Get Cooking' training, allowing me to plan, resource and deliver family cookery sessions for 15 families.

I worked on the MEND programme two evenings a week for 4 months alongside my full time role. The role involved supporting both the nutritional and physical activity leads in planning and delivering a family weight management intervention.
