Program Advisor
Current- Managing all incoming leads and potential customers, following communication procedures and guidelines.- Open and maintain customer accounts by recording account information- Answering all customers enquiries via email and chat function- Conduct and attend meetings, info sessions, trainings, and other activities for leads generation /conversion- Generate sales leads and go the extra mile to engage customers- Maintain and build the Sales SOP and knowledge database- Entering and maintaining customer data in the CRM, keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents
