I am responsible for managing and investigating all enquiries and incidents, ensuring the office are updated on any changes. I am the point of contact for all customers and ensure all of their enquiries are dealt with in a professional and timely manner.Duties:- Managing sensitive and confidential situations on site and information within the office.- Monitoring and following up all outstanding cases to resolution as well as maintaining and managing my own workload effectively and efficiently.- Retrieving and chasing up paperwork from different work teams.- Ensuring customers are updated on important information such as future works, delays or general repairs.
