Meet Chloe - a passionate and driven professional with a knack for innovation and a heart for philanthropy.Chloe is an Innovation, Client Onboarding and Content Manager with Hayes Culleton Group, and Communications Officer (Public Relations Officer) in Clare with the Irish Red Cross. Chloe recently delivered the STEM TY Challenge 2023 programme with STEM South West alongside Life Science Group Companies in Cork in her role with Hayes Culleton Group. She has also been successful in onboarding new clients and developing the service strategy to deliver online and in-person work experience programmes in niche industry fields.Chloe's role with The Irish Red Cross involves the recent acquisition of a new community transport vehicle serving the people of Clare for medical appointments across Ireland. The organization continues maintaining its community support services and aims to renovate its training centre to facilitate first-aid training for the people of Clare.Chloe is a UCD graduate with a BA in English and Film Studies. She has undertaken various courses and training in psychological first aid, business sustainability and business planning. She started her professional career in her final year of college, juggling a part-time job, college work and her new writing job with Hayes Culleton Group. She embraced the COVID-19 pandemic in the final stages of her degree to help her spend more time working and less time commuting to college. Chloe has worked and studied remotely and in person, both in Dublin and currently at home with her parents in Clare.Chloe has faced various setbacks in her professional career, including extended time off, which have made her more resilient to minor setbacks. She has embraced change, new roles, new clients, and challenges with an open mind and willingness to push the boundaries of her capabilities. Chloe has found opportunities for philanthropy and social impact, most recently in working with STEM South West and her role in The Irish Red Cross. She has discovered strength, value and meaning in every moment.
