The Student-Athlete Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) Program brings together team representatives to enhance marketing support, develop leadership skills and increase collaboration and communication. The CMOs are recommended by their coaches and serve as liaisons to the marketing department. In addition to providing a platform for exchanging ideas, sharing best practices and networking with guest speakers, the CMO Program provides student-athletes the opportunity to learn marketing skills; offer valuable recommendations for promoting their teams to students, fans, and alumni; and build community and pride in Harvard.

Selected out of a highly competitive pool of candidates to participate in an eight-week fellowship designed to prepare first-year athletes for future careers in finance, culminating in a final case competition with Morgan Stanley's Fixed Income Division.

Selected as 1 of only 162 college women athletes to participate in an eight-week conference to explore competitive career paths and complete 10+ hours of targeted interview prep, culminating in a final case competition with DICK'S Sporting Goods for Women's History Month.

Worked under a Latin teacher to implement daily lesson plans, teach, assist with student engagement, and grade homework assignments and examinations.

Motivated youth athletes in preparation for competitions. Coached athletes at super youth circuits. Assisted in teaching introductory youth camps over the summer starting in 2017.
