I am currently working at the resolute Group as a recruitment resourcer, I make the recruitment process smoother for consultants by contacting new and old candidates and preparing a suitable pool of candidates for the relevant role. This method brings in more business by identifying and progressing the best candidates on the market by using linked in, recommendations and job boards.The resolute Group operates Nationwide recruiting for different markets such as utilities, IT and digital, construction, civil engineering, engineering, rail, business operations and Transportation. Day to day duties:- Sourcing candidates- Conducting an over the phone interview - Formatting CV’s to send over to clients- Putting candidates forward for the most relevant role.

While I was at Kare Plus I was brought on board as a Recruitment Resourcer. I gained nine months experience within the different aspects of the recruitment process. I was recruiting for workforce solutions within the Healthcare industry. This role has seen me develop my recruitment experience very quickly from in to the 360 role where I was liaising with new and existing clients working to meet their requirements. Taking a candidate from the start of the process, through on-boarding making sure they meet the all the compliance checks. I also learnt how to do shift allocation and rostering making sure all the staff members were fully utilised on the rota. I kept on track with this by using Microsoft excel spreadsheets. I also did payroll weekly making sure all the timesheets were processed and holiday pay and invoices were correct before it gets sent off. My day to day duties:- Posting job adverts - Speaking to candidates and putting them forward for the most suitable role- Screening and interviewing candidates - Employee RTW and DBS checks - Making sure the candidate was up to date with all the mandatory training- Speaking directly with clients - Dealing with complaints from the client- On going compliance checks for active members of staff- Developing and maintaining relationships with both candidates and clients
